Privacy

All the Names has no accounts and asks for no personal details. This page lists everything the site stores or sends.

Favorites

Names you save with the heart button are kept in your browser's local storage under the key atn:favs. They never leave your device and we cannot see them. Clearing your browsing data deletes them.

Share links

A share link contains the list's seed and your filter settings in the part of the address after the # sign. If you typed a name into a generator (for example, the two names in a couple-name blender), that text is in the link too, so check it before you post it publicly.

The .com check

On business pages, pressing Check .com sends the domain name you are checking, and nothing else, from your browser to Verisign's public registry service at rdap.verisign.com. Verisign's own privacy practices apply to that request.

Spam protection

The site's host loads Google reCAPTCHA on every page to keep automated abuse out. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that data.

Analytics and advertising

If analytics are switched on, the site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which generators are used. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage stay off unless you consent. If the site shows ads, the ad network may use cookies to choose and measure them; its own policy governs that data.

Links to other sites

Some business pages link to a domain registrar or a company-formation service. What happens after you click is covered by that company's privacy policy.
